“BIM 2018” is a new Vin de France cuvée made from several grape varieties, created four-handed by Antoine and Sébastien Chatillon [Catouille] of the Ad Vinum estate.
A barrel in Burgundy, with Gamay and direct-pressed Pinot Noir and Aligoté, and a barrel in Uzès, with white, grey and black Grenache, Cinsault, Bourboulenc and Counoise, blended in November for 600 bottles in total.
A great wine to share with friends, easy to drink, fruity and natural: everything we love.

2018 vintage: Bourgogne Chardonnay and Nuits-Saint-Georges are sold out!
