The vat room with its eggs, jar and barrel beneath a mural of trees and a bird

Chelsea, our artist friend, has added a touch of fantasy to the vat room.

Climate update: slow arrival of spring

At the beginning of April, a cold wave settled over France. We had left the cover crops in place and had not worked the soil: the buds had not yet emerged. A few weeks later, we can see that the damage, minimal compared with other regions, is around 5 to 15%. To be continued… Our hearts go out to our winegrower friends whose vines were ravaged by frost.
